WHO I HELP

Made for minds like yours

Whether you have a diagnosis, suspect you might, or simply know that the standard advice has never worked for you — you're in the right place.

ADHD  Adults

You have big ideas and genuine drive — but starting, finishing, and organizing feel like fighting your own brain. We'll build systems that work with your wiring, not against it.

Autistic Individuals

You're exhausted from masking, navigating social overwhelm, and explaining yourself to people who don't get it. Coaching creates space for authentic self-expression and sustainable routines.

Twice-Exceptional

Gifted with a learning difference or multiple diagnoses — your complexity is your power. We help you stop canceling yourself out and start channeling your full capacity.

Late-Diagnosed Adults

Diagnosed in adulthood and processing what that means? Coaching helps you grieve the past, reclaim your story, and build forward with your true self as the foundation.

Teens & Young Adults

Navigating school, identity, and independence with a neurodivergent brain is hard. We work on executive function, self-advocacy, and confidence during critical transition years.

Professionals at Work

Struggling in corporate environments that weren't built for you? We tackle communication, time blindness, workplace accommodations, and career alignment.

ABOUT STEPHANIE SPREEMAN

A coach who truly gets it

I know what it feels like to be told you're "too much" — too intense, too sensitive, too scattered, too loud. For years I watched brilliant people shrink themselves trying to fit into neurotypical boxes that were never designed for them.

That's why I became a Certified Neurodiversity Coach. I work 1-on-1 with adults and teens who have ADHD, autism spectrum traits, sensory processing differences, or who suspect they're neurodivergent and don't know where to start.

My approach blends strengths-based coaching, executive function strategies, and identity work — helping you build practical systems and a narrative you're proud of.

  • Certified Neurodiversity Coach (CNC)

  • ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP)

  • International Coaching Federation (ICF) Member

  • Trauma-Informed Practitioner

  • Twice-Exceptional Specialist
