Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
Not at all. Many clients are self-identified, exploring, or in the process of evaluation. A diagnosis does not determine your eligibility — your lived experience does.
How quickly will you respond?
Stephanie personally reads and responds to all messages within 1–2 business days. If you haven't heard back within 3 days, please check your spam folder or try emailing directly.
Is there a cost for the discovery call?
No — the 30-minute discovery call is completely free. There is no obligation to book services afterward. It is simply a conversation to see if we're a good fit.
Do you offer sliding scale pricing?
Yes. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available. Please mention this in your message or discovery call and Stephanie will work with you — no awkwardness, no judgment.
