MEET STEPHANIE SPREEMAN

Certified Drum Therapist, Neurodivergent Coach, & Founder of Drum Party

MY STORY

A coach who truly gets it

Stephanie Spreeman is a Certified Neurodiversity Coach and Drum Therapy practitioner dedicated to helping neurodivergent individuals and families discover connection, confidence, healing, and self-expression through rhythm-based experiences. Combining evidence-informed neurodiversity coaching with the transformative power of percussion, Stephanie creates inclusive, supportive spaces where participants are encouraged to thrive exactly as they are.

Her work is deeply personal. As a teenager, Stephanie survived a serious car accident that left her with PTSD and a traumatic brain injury. During her recovery, she naturally turned to drumming as a form of emotional release, regulation, and healing. An accomplished percussionist, she discovered firsthand how rhythm could calm the nervous system, restore focus, build resilience, and create a sense of belonging during the most difficult seasons of life.

That lived experience became the foundation of her mission. Today, Stephanie integrates Drum Therapy techniques with neurodiversity coaching strategies to support children, teens, adults, and families navigating challenges related to ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and brain injury recovery.

Her approach emphasizes strengths-based support, emotional safety, creativity, and community connection — never deficit-based models. She meets every person exactly where they are and helps them build from there.

MY APPROACH

Coaching rooted in real respect

Every session is shaped by these core beliefs — because how I coach matters as much as what we work on.

Strengths first, always

We start with what's working and build from there. Your neurodivergent traits aren't obstacles to overcome — they're the foundation we build your life on.

You are the expert on you

I bring knowledge and frameworks. You bring the lived experience. The best outcomes come from that partnership — I never impose a plan; we build one together.

No judgement, ever

Missed appointments, forgotten homework, emotional meltdowns — none of it changes my commitment to you. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Practical and holistic

We work on systems and strategies, yes — but we also explore identity, relationships, and the deeper stories you carry about yourself. Both matter.

Trauma-informed always

Many neurodivergent people carry wounds from years of being misunderstood. I hold space for that history while keeping our focus forward-moving and hopeful.

Flexibility is a feature

Sessions adapt to what you need that week — sometimes we deep-dive into strategy, sometimes we just need to untangle the overwhelm. Both are valid uses of our time.

TRAINING & CREDENTIALS

Qualified to walk alongside you

My training is extensive — but what matters most is that I continue learning so I can keep showing up as the best possible support for you. I am an active member of the International Coaching Federation and pursue ongoing education in neurodiversity, trauma, and emerging research in ADHD and autism every year.

WHAT I BELIEVE

The values that guide every session

01

You are not broken

Neurodivergence is not a deficiency. It is a different — and often remarkable — way of experiencing and navigating the world.

02

Shame has no place here

So much damage has been done by systems that made people feel bad for being who they are. We actively undo that, together.

03

Progress over perfection

Small, sustainable changes beat dramatic overhauls every time. We build habits & systems that stick because they actually fit your life.

04

Advocacy matters

You deserve to know your rights, understand your needs, and feel confident asking for accommodations at work, school, and beyond.

05

Connection heals

The relationship between coach and client is itself a healing space. Being truly seen — maybe for the first time — is transformative.

06

Joy is the goal

We're not just solving problems. We're working toward a life that feels genuinely good — full of meaning, flow, and moments of real ease.

BEYOND THE CREDENTIALS

A little more about me

When I'm not coaching or facilitating drum circles, you'll find me making music, spending time in nature, or advocating for communities that have been misunderstood and underserved. Rhythm is woven into everything I do — it's not just a therapeutic tool, it's how I move through the world.

I'm a devoted percussionist, a trauma survivor, and someone who has experienced firsthand the profound connection between music, the nervous system, and healing. That personal journey is what makes this work more than a career — it's a calling.

I bring my whole self to every session, because I believe the relationship between coach and client is itself a healing space. When someone feels truly seen — maybe for the first time — something shifts. That moment never gets old.
